Bilt Rewards Adds Grocery And Essentials Delivery Through Gopuff Partnership

Bilt Rewards, the loyalty program that lets members earn rewards on rent payments, has launched a delivery service to connect members, property managers and local merchants in the U.S.

The new in-app feature, Bilt Home Delivery powered by Gopuff, allows members to order groceries and other essentials through the Bilt app. They can pay with a linked card or the Bilt World Elite Mastercard® (rates & fees) to earn Bilt points or redeem existing points toward their purchase.

Property managers and local merchants can also use the service to send deliveries to residents or customers, including move-in kits and curated gifts or bundles.

How To Use Bilt Home Delivery

Bilt Members

For Bilt members, using Bilt Home Delivery is straightforward. Open the Bilt app or log in online, then head to the “Everyday Rewards” tab. Under “Home Delivery,” members can browse and select from a range of products, including groceries, home essentials and electronics.

At checkout, members can pay with a linked card—including the Bilt World Elite Mastercard®—use Bilt points or split the payment between both. After an order is placed, a delivery can arrive within as fast as 15 minutes.

This feature provides two benefits for Bilt Rewards members: They can now make home delivery service purchases directly within the Bilt app without having to rely on third-party services (and continue to earn points while doing so), and they now have more options for redeeming their points.

Property Managers and Local Merchants

The Bilt Home Delivery feature supports both sides of Bilt’s ecosystem by offering benefits to property managers and local merchants.

Using their existing Bilt platform, property managers and merchants can create custom bundles, schedule deliveries and track engagement to help strengthen resident and customer relationships. Property managers, for example, can schedule deliveries for move-in kits or lease renewal gifts, and local merchants might use the feature to send thank-you packages to loyal customers in the area.

Overall, the feature aligns with Bilt’s mission of blending real estate, local commerce and loyalty, giving property managers and local merchants more opportunities to connect with residents and customers.

Beyond Bilt Home Delivery: Features of the Bilt World Elite Mastercard®

Anyone can join Bilt Rewards and link an existing credit card to earn additional points at neighborhood partners and access monthly special events and promotions. Those looking to accumulate points faster, however, may consider applying for the Bilt World Elite Mastercard®.

For a $0 annual fee (rates & fees), cardholders earn 1 point per dollar on rent payments without the transaction fee (on up to 100,000 points each calendar year), 3 points per dollar on dining, 2 points per dollar on travel (when booked through the Bilt Travel Portal or directly with an airline, hotel, car rental or cruise company) and 1 point per dollar on other purchases. The card must be used at least 5 times each statement period to earn points.

Bilt points offer a range of redemption options. Members can use points for travel through the Bilt portal, merchandise, fitness classes, student loan payments, rent charges, or even a future home down payment. Points can also be transferred to Bilt’s airline and hotel loyalty partners.

While Bilt is best known for rewarding rent payments, which are often the largest monthly expense for many, it is expanding to include other types of housing-related payments. The program recently announced a partnership with United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), the nation’s largest mortgage lender, which will allow homeowners to begin earning rewards on their monthly mortgage payments in early 2026.
